What is hardfacing：Hardfacing is use MIG weld to fit in carbide particle into welding stick uniformly and effectively. And very combine to the body of tools and carbide particle dissolve inside to the body. This technical could more promote the abrasive resistance of wear area and increase the product life time. Advantage of hardfacing： Apply wide range, could be apply to any part which should to promote the abrasive resistance. Hardfacing can make any form and thickness so long as not effect to assemble. High abrasive resistance, the abrasive resistance of carbide hardfacing is more higher than other technology of welding, like laser dissolve or welding stick weld. The using time is also increase so much. High flexible，carbide hardfacing can depend on request of customer’s product using situation to welding different size of carbide particle.(like size 14-20, 20-30,30-40list). Welding thickness also could be adjustment to 3-4mm.4-5mm.5-6mm to suitable for customer.
Carbide hardfacing inside face, there are very uniformed and dissolved 2-3MM, effectively combine to body.
Hardfacing apply 1：We use surfacing welding of carbide particle to wear district of tools head and body part. This technical can increase tools wear time to match up the carbide wear time and increase tools working time 2-3 multiples.
Hardfacing apply 2: hardfacing for grinder tips, our company use high quality carbide particle and special surfacing technology to surpass other same product 1.5-2 times.
Hardfacing apply 3: apply for Agricultural Machine and Bucket Teeth hardfacing, those products normally not used hardfacing, after we using hardfacing to wear district, the products lifetime increase 5-10 multiples.
